These Terms & Conditions (“Terms of Use”) constitute a legally binding agreement between Webizum Technologies, and the user of the ChatFlur Platform (“you” or “Client”). By accessing or using ChatFlur (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. DEFINITIONS

• ChatFlur: A CRM software platform enabling users to manage WhatsApp Business API conversations and customer engagement.
• Client: Any individual or legal entity using ChatFlur under a valid subscription or agreement.
• Subscription Fee: The recurring fee paid by the Client for ChatFlur usage.
• Third-Party Services: Services like WhatsApp API integrated with ChatFlur.

2. SCOPE OF SERVICES

ChatFlur provides CRM tools, WhatsApp integration, automation, contact management, analytics, and more. Features depend on the subscribed plan.

3. LICENSE & ACCESS

Webizum Technologies grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or modify ChatFlur.
• Use the Platform unlawfully.
• Resell or sublicense it.

4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

• You’re responsible for all content sent via ChatFlur.
• Comply with WhatsApp policies.
• Do not send spam or unauthorized promotional content.

5. FEES & PAYMENT

• All fees are prepaid and non-refundable.
• Non-payment may result in service suspension.

6. DATA PRIVACY & SECURITY

• We follow industry standards for data protection.
• Your data is yours; anonymized usage may improve the platform.

7. THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATIONS

ChatFlur integrates third-party APIs. You must comply with their respective terms (e.g., Meta for WhatsApp).

8. SUPPORT & SERVICE LEVELS

Support is offered via email/tickets during business hours. Uptime commitments are best-effort unless covered by an SLA.

9. TERM & TERMINATION

• You may terminate by discontinuing use and notifying us.
• We may suspend access for violations or non-payment.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All rights in ChatFlur remain with Webizum Technologies. You only receive a limited usage license.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss resulting from Platform usage.

12. INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify Webizum Technologies from claims arising out of misuse, breach, or rights violations.

13. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may modify these Terms. Continued use signifies acceptance of the updated version.

14. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Courts in [Insert City] have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.
